The Log Cabin (formerly Lazy Apple Inn)
This
deluxe log cabin has three (3) full bedrooms (one is a loft) with queen size
beds. It is equipped with fireplace, Dish TV, fully furnished kitchen with
microwave. Includes linens, towels, and accessories. It is also air
conditioned. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed. This cabin can sleep
eight (8) folks very comfortably.
Our cabin has a full deck across the back. We have deck table and chairs
with lots of room for enjoying mountain sunsets. The front of the cabin has
a great porch for having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the
evening.
Our lodge is nestled on 33 acres of private mountainside-- lots of year
round nature. We truly feel blessed to live here, and would love to share
our unique accommodations with you!
So, bring the whole family, or sneak off to the Ozarks for a great couple's
weekend.
Guest Suites
All
of the rooms have queen size beds, WI/FI, Dish TV, refrigerators, air
conditioned, and lots of extra floor space. The front room has a pull-out
sofa bed that makes this suite comfortable for four.
We provide a coffee pot and your coffee set-ups! Each room is furnished just
a little different, but all are full of lots of family extras! You will love
it here and will want to come back again and again!
Log Cabin Cafe
Our
guest can enjoy our full service restaurant with year round home cooking. We
love to feel like we are cooking for our family! Come be a part of it--
friendly staff and great atmosphere-- tasty food and wonderful desserts!!
You can eat in or take it back to your room. Either way, you will enjoy the
treat!
Whether you are an individual, a couple, family or clan what you may find to be most relaxing is that we operate on "mountain time" up here. Not literally but figuratively…things just move a little slower "round here". It may be due to the beauty, the peacefulness or just plain quiet…and once you notice it you tend to become part of it…you’ll see. You’ll stop at that roadside stand and buy a sack of fruit or vegetables or find one-of-a-kind crafts made by local artisans …you’ll pull off the road to take that "Kodak Moment" picture…you’ll spread out the blanket and just soak in the scenery. No matter what you do or where you go you’ll take a little bit more time doing it…and you’ll be glad you did.
