This form is to request a reservation at the Log Cabin Inn (formerly Lazy Apple Inn). Your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from Cookie Douglas.

If you'd like to make multiple reservations, please fill out the form once for each reservation. Cabin payments can be made by credit card or check made out to "Log Cabin Inn". If you'd like to mail a check for your payment, please email Cookie for the address. Please remember that reservations must be prepaid before they are confirmed and valid.
